Avicii vs. NERVO vs. Justice – We’re All ID Friends (Pixel Cheese Cover Bootleg)

Got another new Pixel Cheese Bootleg to help cure your hangover. We’re All ID Friends is a little bit of this and a little bit of that mixed and mashed together to create something new and amazing.

Pixel Cheese has mashed We Are Your Friends with vocals from We’re All No One. Thrown in with that is a new track from the upcoming Avicii release that I know a lot of people are really excited for.

You can check out this track below as well it is being offered as a free download so enjoy.

Mac Miller just dropped the video for Party on Fifth Ave. This is the third single from Blue Slide Park and Mac gives a new spin to a classic beat. I really think Blue Slide Park is going to catapult Mac Miller into another stratosphere, what do you think?

Uppermost Remixes Dada Life’s Happy Violence

28 Oct

Happy Violence by Dada Life is a great track, but Uppermost just took it to another level.

This Uppermost remix is dropping on Monday but we’ve got a short preview of the track for you. The vocal hook got my attention then the beat break down blew me away.

Enjoy this 1:23 of new music and hopefully we can share the full track with you Monday.

Happy Violence – Dada Life (Uppermost Remix)

This track comes off the forthcoming 15 Years of Hospital Records which is set to drop November 28th. The album is said to fully cover the past, present and future of Hospital Records with a variety of remixes and original material. I’m excited to see what this album has to offer, and if it is anything like this track, we are in for a treat.

Drowning Pool- Bodies (Aylen, ThatMoment & Illegal Remix)

28 Oct

This remix gets my support simply for the fact that the original is a timeless classic that has remained un-touched. Leave it to Aylen to spice things up along with ThatMoment & Illegal to create this big room electro house mix. This is a big time crowd pleaser so scoop this and head over to Aylen’s Soundcloud for some other great tracks.

Capital Cities- Safe & Sound (Paul David Remix)

27 Oct

Paul David is making some big moves straight out of Toronto, Ontario. Support has been pouring in from the likes of Chuckie, MYNC and Sebastian Ingrosso (to name a few) and the release of his track ‘In Lights’ on heavyweight label- CR2 Records didn’t hurt the cause.

Today he must have been in a giving mood because he dropped this fantastic remix for Capital Cities. A fun, housey beat filled with great vocals and a big room sound.

Check him out on Facebook and if you are in Toronto go check him and Barletta out at Andy’s Pool Hall Tonight!

Germany’s- Chris Montana and Canada’s own- Etienne Ozborne team up once again to create a bouncy tribal house track that will leave you searching for the dance floor. The two track EP was released on highly respected Strictly Rhythm and features the Tribal Mix as well as the Original Mix. This is a… BIG TUNE

Avicii- Levels *Teaser

27 Oct

By now it’s clear that Avicii is a house music god. And it should also be clear that Levels is some next LEVEL shit. We gave you the unreleased version back in May and today I am happy to announce its official release on Halloween. Not sure how exciting this news is considering everyone and their baby mama have the track already but the video should get you fired up for Avicii’s World Domination.

Skrillex & The Doors- Breakin’ A Sweat (It’s Alright)

27 Oct

We gave you the teaser and today thanks to Just Do Hits we have the full collaboration between Skrillex & The Doors. An odd combination but the result is just short of a masterpiece. Would have loved for some variation in the drops but the overall production and rock vs. dubstep variation is great. Check out more from the Re:Generation project HERE

Daniel Carelli and Kamil bring the perfect amount of energy to this spicy tune. The 2 minute buildup is key and the drop is on the money. We all know Florence & The Machine are a staple in the remix world and you can add this one to the collection.

Go Buy: Kaskade- Fire & Ice

25 Oct

With the releases of Eyes and Turn It Down we all knew Kaskade’s 7th album would be a major hit. His recent crowning as America’s Best DJ and his Number 30 spot on DJ Mag’s Top 100 didn’t hurt the hype either but the magnitude of this release is still to be seen as it will undoubtedly gain international platinum status and further the EDM push to all corners of the world.

Kaskade’s talents shine through on both sides of the album while the ICE side takes a stripped down and mellowed cut of each banger off FIRE. While ‘Eyes’ and ‘Turn It Down’ remain my favourites off the album there are some other very notable tracks. The Skrillex collab is not my cup of tea but many would claim that it is an innovative and ‘new’ sound bridging the gap between disco, house and countless other genres. ‘ICE‘, ‘Llove’ and ‘Let Me Go’ really stuck out for me and they once again prove that Kaskade has the magic touch when it comes to matching his beats with the perfect vocalist.

This is hands down the album of the year and if you want to support GOOD music then GO BUY this album.

Deadmau5- Meowingtons Hax Tour Visuals

24 Oct

This could easily be the coolest video I have ever seen. A behind the scenes look at Deadmau5’s stage setup and the incredible technology that it involves. This visual masterpiece is brought to you by Possible.

SOFI, Millions Like Us, Foreign Beggars & Vulgatron- Joyride

24 Oct

Britain got the hip hop-dubstep connection years before we even knew what DUBSTEP was over here. Guys like Dizzee Rascal, Professor Green and Foreign Beggars should be considered OG’s and their popularity in the U.K mirrors that of guys like Jay-Z, Kanye West & Lupe Fiasco (who have all coincidently recently made the hip hop dubstep collab).

When I came across this star studded lineup it was hard not expect a hit. The beat is hard as fuck but maintains a balance between SOFI’s vocals and a heavy bassline. At times it sounds like a radio hit but then Foreign Beggars and Vulgatron jump in and the genius behind Millions Like Us prevails.

This track is featured on SOFI’s ‘Locked & Loaded Ep Part 1’ which was released on Mau5trap Records today. Buy it here and preview this tasty treat below.
